Demolition, site work, outdoor lighting, renovation and addition to a stadium in Charlotte, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the addition of a stadium; for the demolition of a stadium; for the renovation of a stadium; and for site work for a stadium.
As of April 30, 2025, Phase I is bidding to *** prequalified contractors only***. Prequalified contractors will receive an Invitation to Bid first week of May 2025. Project consists of the expansion of an existing stadium. Upgrades include construction of a new west stadium tower over four existing structures that feature premium seating, luxury suites, and club seating. Work includes sports lighting upgrades, infrastructure and code upgrades, as well as additional concourse level restrooms and concessions. Phase 1 is an early release package made up of sitework and structural related work. This phase is to include the cast in place concrete, precast concrete, structural steel, elevators, earthwork & site utilities, deep foundations, unit pavers, and general trades. The anticipated schedule for construction of phase 1 is from August 2025 through March 2027. P1 - 03A - Concrete P1 - 03C - Stadia (Precast) P1 - 05A - Structural Steel P1 - 14A - Elevators P1 - 26B - Long Lead Elect Equipment P1 - 26C - Electrical Enabling P1 - 31A - Earthwork and Site Utilities P1 - 32B - Deep Foundations P1 - 32A - Unit Pavers P1 - 36A - General (includes selective Demo) The overall construction cost is estimated at $60 million. The value of this bid package is not yet known.
