The Contractor shall provide all Labor, supervision, materials (including any replacement plant material required), supplies, tools, equipment, licenses, permits, chemicals, fertilizer, mulch, and all other items necessary, proper for, or incidental to, performing exterior landscape maintenance and irrigation services on specified roadway landscape areas located at the Orlando International Airport (MCO), in accordance with this Solicitation. The Contractor acknowledges full understanding of the extent and character of the Scope of Work and the conditions surrounding the performance thereof. The Aviation Authority will not be responsible for any alleged misunderstanding of the work to be furnished or completed, or any misunderstanding of conditions surrounding the performance thereof. It is understood that the Contractor's Response serves as its stated commitment to fulfil all the conditions referred to in this Specification and awarded Contract. The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (Aviation Authority) is hereby issuing this Solicitation with the purpose of obtaining responses from interested, responsive and responsible Respondents, to provide comprehensive exterior landscape maintenance and irrigation services, in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications stated. Respondents must meet all requirements stated herein. This Solicitation seeks to identify experienced, reliable and qualified Respondents to provide all Labor, supervision, materials (including any replacement plant material required), supplies, tools, equipment, licenses, permits, chemicals, fertilizer, mulch, and all other items necessary, proper for, or incidental to, performing exterior landscape maintenance and irrigation services on specified roadway landscape areas located at the Orlando International Airport (MCO), in accordance with this Solicitation. The Aviation Authority is requiring a responsive, responsible, experienced, reliable, and qualified Contractor to provide comprehensive exterior landscape maintenance and irrigation services on specified roadway landscape areas of MCO. This Solicitation will result in a 60-month Contract to commence on or about June 30, 2025. The objective of the Aviation Authority Board is to administer the provisions of the Florida Legislative Act that created the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority. Its purpose is to serve the public interest through the coordination of the planning, financing, construction, and operation of the aviation facilities operated by the Aviation Authority in Orlando, Orange County, FL. Notification letter to a Respondent stating that the contract has been awarded to them in accordance with their response to the Solicitation requirements. This allows for work coordination to commence while the contract is made readily available for distribution. The purpose of any Pre-Submittal Meeting is to review and discuss the solicitation (and any addenda) as published. A virtual and in-person Pre-Submittal Meeting will be held for this solicitation. Attendance is not mandatory, but highly encouraged. Attendees are expected to be familiarized with this Solicitation document. The apparent silence of the specifications and any supplemental specifications as to any details or the omission from same of any detailed description concerning any point, shall be regarded as meaning that only the best commercial practices are to prevail and only materials of first quality be provided. Unless all Responses are rejected by the Aviation Authority, a Notice of Intent to Award is anticipated to be provided within 120days from the opening of Responses. Such Notice will be posted to the e-procurement platform. The Contractor agrees that, unless otherwise specified, the supplies and/or services furnished under this Solicitation shall be covered by the most favourable commercial warranty the Contractor gives to any customer for comparable quantities of such supplies and/or services and that the rights and remedies provided herein are in addition to and do not limit any rights afforded to the Aviation Authority by any other provision of this Solicitation.
