Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Princeton, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD) is soliciting bids from qualified vendors for the impeller replacement for the four (4) pumps at the Princeton Lift Station with larger impellers and the replacement of the existing hollow core plank roof over the wet well and drywell. Included is the removal and reinstallation or replacement of electrical, I&C and mechanical items located on the existing roof and bypass pumping. The OPCC for this project is $2M to $3M. Deadline to submit Questions 04/30/2025, 5:00 PM CDT Intent to Bid Due Date: May 14th 2025, 2:00 PM CDT *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. 1. Upsize the impellers of the existing four (4) pumps at the Princeton Lift Station (PLS) from 14.3 inches to 14.7 inches to increase the lift station pumping capacity. 2. Replace the existing hollow core plank (HCP) roof over the wet well and drywell at the PLS to repair leaks and increase the live load strength from 40 psf to 100 psf including removal and reinstallation or replacement of electrical/I&C/mechanical items located on the existing HCP roof. 3. Bypass pumping as required for the work
