Reference Number 0000290787 Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for offers to establish a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide “as and when required” construction services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements for the location(s) mentioned above 1.1.1. Work under this standing offer agreement will be completed and paid for in accordance with unit rates to: Remove and dispose of existing Hard Wood Flooring and existing floor diffusers per Specification Section 02 41 19. Unit price for removal and disposal to be based on a per Square Meter measurement. Remove and dispose of existing Carpet Flooring and existing floor diffusers per Specification Section 02 41 19. Unit price for removal and disposal to be based on a per Square Meter measurement. 1.1.1.3. Remove and dispose of existing Linoleum Flooring and existing floor diffusers per Specification Section 02 41 19. Unit price for removal and disposal to be based on a per Square Meter measurement. 1.1.1.4. Remove and dispose of existing Ceramic / Porcelain Tile Flooring and existing floor diffusers per Specification Section 02 41 19. Unit price for removal and disposal to be based on a per Square Meter measurement. 1.1.1.5. Remove and dispose of existing Vinyl Plank Flooring and existing floor diffusers per Specification Section 02 41 19. Unit price for removal and disposal to be based on a per Square Meter measurement. Remove and dispose of existing pony wall and abate asbestos containing drywall in accordance with Specification Sections 02 41 19 and 02 82 13 respectively. Contractor to repair drywall section where the removed pony wall joined the existing wall. Each pony wall is approximately 0.15m wide, 0.91m tall and 0.64m in length; contractor to confirm dimensions on site. Contractor will be paid on a per pony wall basis. 1.1.1.7. Unit price for removal, disposal, supply and installation of new Baseboards to be based on a per Linear Meter measurement. 1.1.1.10. Remove and dispose of existing Casings; supply and install new Casings per Specification Section 06 20 10. Unit price for removal, disposal, supply and installation of new Casings to be based on a per Linear Meter measurement. 1.1.1.11. Remove and dispose of existing wall mounted return Air Grilles; supply and install new wall mounted return Air Grilles per Specification Section 23 37 13. Ensure proper transition detailing at stair nosings and landings in accordance with The SOA will be for a period from notification of award until March 31, 2026 with a maximum estimated value of $450,000.00. If mutually agreeable between the Contractor and DCC, the SOA may be extended for up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods under the same terms and conditions and increased in the order of $900,000.00 at any time during the service period. Call-ups under the SOA are expected to be valued between $ 5,000.00 and $ 50,000.00; the maximum value of a call-up under the SOA is $ 50,000.00.
