The Work to be included in the Construction Contract is generally described as providing mechanical and electrical installation to replace the existing variable refrigerant flow (VRF) equipment at the EMS #36 Linder building, as more specifically detailed in the Project Manual entitled Bid 25049 Ada County EMS #36 Linder Variable Refrigerant Flow Replacement 2025 and the specifications and plans set forth therein (the Project). The Construction Contract shall be deemed as having been awarded when the Bid has been accepted by formal motion made by the Board of Ada County Commissioners during the open business meeting commencing at or about 9:00 a.m. local time, May 1, 2025, in the Commissioners Conference Room, 200 W. Front Street, Room 3255, Boise, Idaho 83702
