Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Springfield, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of July 09, 2025, the project was awarded to KCI Construction, but the awarded amount is not available.** The City of Springfield is seeking qualified firms or persons to provide and install concrete pavement/curb replacement and the replacement/installation of stamp-colored crosswalks at various locations throughout the City. The work shall include all labor and materials required for the removal of existing street pavement and curbs, excavation, placement of base material, and placement of new concrete pavement and curbs. A one-time contract will be issued. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, taxes, insurance, fuels, permits, and all other items necessary to complete the work, the removal of materials, and the disposal of materials and related work, as specified herein. Concrete Roadways in Springfield along the following corridors: Florence Ave (Sunshine Street to End of Street) Rogers Ave (Sunshine Street to End of Street) Bellhurst Ave (Mimosa Street to Shady Glen Drive) Eastgate Ave (Kearney Street to ~500lf North of Kearney) Lexington Ave (Walnut Street to Lincoln Street) Holland Ave (Glenwood Street to Downing Street) Grant Ave (Crestview Street to Downing Street) Concrete Crosswalks in Springfield at the following locations: Commercial Street and Booneville Ave Commercial Street and Robberson Ave Commercial Street and Jefferson Ave Commercial Street and Campbell Ave Commercial Street and Benton Ave Commercial Street and Lyon Ave Campbell Ave and Water Street Boonville Ave and Olive Street John Q Hammons Parkway and Walnut Street The cutoff for any questions about this bid is April 23, 2025, at 12:00 P.M.
