TOWN OF WATERFORD WATERFORD, CONNECTICUT Invitation to RFP#24-028 Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Engineering Services Town of Waterford The Town of Waterford is requesting sealed proposals through the Invitation to Bid process for the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Engineering Services. Sealed proposals will be received for the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Engineering Services through the Town's e-Procurement Portal located at: website on or before the deadline date of May 1,2025 at 2:00 PM. Links for bid openings are included in each solicitation and can be found on the Towns e-Procurement Portal. Bidders are required to register for an account via the Towns e-Procurement Portal hosted by OpenGov. Once the bidder has completed registration, they will receive addenda notifications to their email by clicking Follow on this project. Ultimately, it is the sole responsibility of each bidder to periodically check the site for any addenda at website. Late bids will not be accepted and it is the responsibility of the bidders to ensure that bids (including acknowledged addenda (um)) are submitted through the Towns e-Procurement Portal by the date and time listed above.
