PROJECT SCOPE: This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the scope of services for leak detection and reporting for commercial swimming pools at the buildings noted herein located at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Fort Sam Houston and Randolph Air Force Base, TX. Contractor agrees to provide the services as described herein, furnishing all necessary parts, labor, tools, transportation, supplies, supervision, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary for providing all work requested. All work will be performed in accordance with all applicable codes, regulations, and standards pertaining to commercial pool leak testing. All commercial installation/repairs and or services must be performed by qualified skilled/licensed technician(s). PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Contractor shall provide all labor and materials to perform commercial pool leak detection at Bldg. 3300 (FSH) and Bldg. 980 (RAN).
