Renovation of an educational facility in Marquette, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Science Building Labs 3607 and 3611 Mechanical System Upgrades The Project consists of: 1. Demolition of two existing rooftop units, humidifiers, associated ductwork, piping, electrical and controls conduits/wiring. New installation shall include, but not be limited to, ductwork and transitions, rebalancing system, electrical distribution, and insulation. Layin ceiling removal and reinstallation will be required as necessary to complete mechanical work. Johnson Controls Metasys programming updates will be contracted directly by owner with JCI. TIME OF COMPLETION - The undersigned agrees to commence work on a date specified in a written "Notice of Award of Contract" by the Owner and to be fully complete the total project by Friday, August 8, 2025.
