Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Bolton, Connecticut. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
All Services must be provided with the highest level of professional skill, care, and judgment and in compliance with all federal, state, and local requirements. _ Saw cut and remove approximately 800 feet of concrete where existing ADA transition pads are. _ Excavate down 12" below finish grade. _ Install 8" of process stone, compacting in lifts. _ Install bedding material as per recommendation of paver manufacture. _ Install approved ADA transition pavers _ Fill all joints with polymeric sand and wet according to manufacturer's recommendations. _ Supply BOE with a minimum attic stock of pavers to repair a 10-foot by 2-foot area. The Bidder is responsible for field verifying all measurements.
