The Ontario Aggregate Resources Corporation (TOARC) invites sealed tenders for the supply of labour, equipment, and materials to rehabilitate 11 legacy aggregate pits in Hastings, Frontenac, and Lennox and Addington Counties. The work is divided into two separate tenders. Project Timeline: Construction must commence on or about May 12, 2025. Completion is required by June 6, 2025. A Tender Deposit of at least 10% of the total Tender Price. An Agreement to Bond or an Agreement to furnish a Letter of Credit. Successful Tenderer Requirements: The awarded contractor must provide: A Performance and Maintenance Bond or a Letter of Credit equal to 50% of the total tender price. A current and valid WSIB certificate. A General Public Liability and Motor Vehicle Insurance Policy of $2 million. The contractor is responsible for printing all tender documents, including rehabilitation plans.
