Contract with the City of Worland for the design of new pre-stressed, post-tensioned Pickleball Court concrete slabs, final site grading, forming perimeter grade beam, installation and tensioning of prestress cables, installing net post ground sleeves, and constructing new Pickleball Court slabs. It is assumed that all bidders will have copies of the Wyoming Public Works Standard Specifications - 2015 Edition. Bids shall be submitted on proposal forms provided in accordance with the contract documents. All bids duly received, will be publicly opened and read shortly thereafter. The CITY OF WORLAND reserves the right to reject any and all bids. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to the ENGINEER in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids will not be answered.
