Reference number: 20060389 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2025-04-17 Electronic tender submission accepted: Yes, via SEAO, with a document Expected contract duration without options (in months): 2 Description NOTICE is hereby given that the Municipality of Saint-Donat will receive, under sealed cover or electronically via the SEAO, before 10 a.m. on Thursday, May 1, 2025, at the Town Hall located at 490, rue Principale, Saint-Donat, J0T 2C0, tenders for the following contract: CALL FOR TENDERS NO. 2025-AOP-STI-134 Partial repair of chemin Régimbald Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) Accord Québec-Ontario (ACCQO) When submitting a bid, all bidders must provide a bid bond in an amount equivalent to 10% (ten percent) of the total value of the contract, before taxes, and a letter of intent from a company authorized to act as surety and undertaking to provide a performance bond, as well as a guarantee of payment of wages, materials and labour each equivalent to 50% of the amount of the contract before taxes. The Municipality does not undertake to accept the best or any of the bids received without incurring any obligation or costs of any kind to the bidder(s).
