Direct all inquiries to the construction manager. The owner intends to occupy the Project by June 2, 2026 Contractor's Responsibilities Regarding Owner-Furnished Products: 1. Designate needed delivery dates for each product in the Short Term Construction Activities Plan, 2. Review shop drawings, product data and samples, 3. Review and return Owner-Furnished shop drawings, data and samples with notification of any discrepancies or problems anticipated in use of the product, within 2 weeks, 4. Promptly inspect products jointly with the Owner, and record shortages, damaged items and defective items, 5. Handle products at the site, including uncrating and storage, 6. Protect products from exposure to elements, and other forms of damage, 7. Assemble, install, connect, adjust and finish products as stipulated in the Specification, 8. Repair or replace items damaged by Contractor, 9. Dispose of all crating, wrapping, and trash related to the material. ALL WORK MUST BE COMPLETED BY August 1, 2025.
