Renovation of a mixed-use development in Gainesville, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

Chiller Repair This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 in conjunction with Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is being conducted under Subpart 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for this action. Quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03 Effective January 17, 2025. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a firm fixed priced contract, providing for all supplies, materials, equipment, labor, supervision, management, and transportation, to rebuild Trane Centrivac Chiller. All questions regarding this RFQ must be in writing and may be sent by e-mail to John.Shultzaberger@va.gov. Questions must be received no April 8, 2025. Answers to vendor questions will be posted on SAM.gov no later than April 9, 2025.
