Demolition, site work, new construction, renovation and addition to a library in New Lexington, Ohio. Completed plans call for the addition of a library; for the demolition of a library; for the construction of a library; for the renovation of a library; and for site work for a library.
Perry County District Library - New Lexington Branch Addition-Renovation Direct inquiries and questions about the drawings and specifications, in writing, to the Architect. Modifications to the Bidding Documents will be issued to all bidders of record as Addenda to the Drawings and Specifications and will become a part of the Contract. The Architect and Owner will not be responsible for oral clarifications. Questions received less than seven (7) days before the Bid opening cannot be answered. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the form of either a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid (including all add alternates) or a certified check, cashier's check, or an irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the bid (including all add alternates), as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Submit all questions to Brian Addis, APG Architects, LLC, by e-mail - baddis@apg-architects.com No Bidder may withdraw its bid within 30 days after the bid opening. Perry County District Library reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the responsibility of a bidder.
