Parking Lot Sealing Alexander Central School District hereby invites the submission of sealed bids for PARKING LOT SEALING The Board of Education reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bids, or to reject all bids, or to accept any bid which in the opinion of the Board of Education will be in the best interest of the School District Scope: Approximately 224,463 total square feet (MHS lot 111,274 sq. ft.; Transportation and Elementary lot 74,341 sq. ft.; Route 98 Elementary lot 38,848 sq. ft.) Power broom, sweep, and/or brush all existing pavement Remove any weeds, stones, and dirt, best of your ability Edge along all concrete curbs and sidewalks Fill cracks with approved crack filler product Sealing product shall be applied by mechanical squeegee/brush equipment or spray equipment with sand Stripe all existing parking stalls, block offs, crosswalks, directional arrows, EV charging, and handicap spaces as directed by the District
