Remove the existing exterior wood siding and skirting and replace with new wood siding and fiber-cement skirting. Project also includes painting exterior of Mobile #636, including doors and window coverings. Additionally, the project requires disconnecting and reconnecting the utilities, air conditioning and any other miscellaneous components needed to facilitate the complete residing and painting of Mobile #636, in accordance with provided drawings and specifications. Each individual bid shall be accompanied by a surety company issued Bid Bond or by a Certified or Cashier's Check made payable to the Washoe County School District, in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the bid, said amount to be forfeited to WCSD, should the Contractor to whom the Contract is awarded fail to enter into the Contract in accordance with the Contractor's bid and any other contract documents and furnish the required bonds within ten (10) days after the delivery of notice of such award. Bid Bonds, upon request, or deposits of the unsuccessful bidders will be returned upon signing of Contract, or within forty-five (45) days from bid date, whichever is earlier.
