Renovation of an educational facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

This project will consist of renovations of five sets of restrooms at TCC Northeast and Southeast campuses. Provide al Hollow Metal Door Frames and Holow Metal Window Frames per specifications, plans, schedules and notes, complete. Suplier to furnish freight on board (FOB) to the jobsite, unloaded, inventoried and labeled. 2. Provide dors and frames individually identified by dor number in sequence with the contract documents. 3. Reinforce al dors and frames for all hardware including surface applied items and fastening acessories. 4. Glazing stops, door silencers, grout guards, supports and anchors. 5. Label each individual glazed lite in acordance with fire protection rating as indicated. 6. Prepare dors and frames to receive mortised and concealed hardware as called for. 7. Provide al stops, floor anchors and moldings where indicated and required. 8. Provide al designated fire rated frames as indicated. 9. Furnishing of any embedded anchoring devices for installation by others in concrete or masonry. 10. Provide al grout guards for masonry partitions. 11. All frames to be cordinated with scheduled wall widths. 12. Minimum of one bottom spreader each side of dor frames. 13. Deliver al components as required and in cordination with construction schedule requirements. 14. For any new dors to be installed on existing frames, this scope shal field measure each frame to insure the correct dor prep is made so that the dor fits properly in the existing frame (including hinges, strikes etc.). Any doors that do not fit properly wil l be corected in the field by this
