Facilities Management Asbestos Abatement Services Question Deadline 04/16/2025 at 4:00 PM PT All questions must be submitted within the Pierce County online, under the Clarifications Tab. Bidders must be registered in the online in order to submit questions. Oral explanations, interpretations, or instructions given by anyone before award of a contract will not be binding on the County. COMPLETION TIME: The Initial Contract Period of Performance will be One (1) Year, commencing from the date of the Notice to Proceed, with the option to renew for an additional year. Total contract time is Not to Exceed Two (2) Years. The County reserves the right to add funds as needed throughout the duration of the contract. BID NOTES: A Bid Bond is required for this solicitation. Successful bidder must provide a Contract Bond for $400,000.00. If additional funds are added to the contract via mutually agreed upon amendment, the successful bidder will be expected to bond for the additional amount. 5% Retainage will be held for the full contract amount.
