As of June 09, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. Under this Contract, the Contractor shall furnish, install, test and place into satisfactory operating condition all general construction work items required to complete the design and intent of the Contract Drawings and Specifications for the bid price for this Contract. In general, the principal items of work under this Contract include, but are not necessarily limited to, the following 1) Mobilization and site preparation, within the boundaries shown on the Contract Drawings as specified herein. 2) Furnishing and Installation of fourteen (14) Rooftop Units as shown on the Contract Drawings. Work includes NG piping and mechanical modifications. Refer to Mechanical/Plumbing plans and specifications for full scope. 3) Reconnection of existing phase conductors to each of the fourteen (14) Rooftop Units' proposed unit mounted breakers'. Furnish and Installation of receptacle, switches, lamps, etc. Refer to Electrical plans and specifications for full scope. 4) Reconnection/Recalibration of BMS as defined on specifications and plans. 5) Local permits and approvals as required. 6) Schedule and coordinate the work with the Owner and other Contractors. 7) All other work required for a complete and satisfactory operating installation. 8) Demobilization and other Closeout requirements (Refer to 01 70 01 Completion of Work) Homeless Shelter Rooftop Unit Replacement Question Deadline 04/14/2025 at 2:00 PM ET
