Renovation of a municipal facility in Fort Collins, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The Contractor at a minimum, will provide, perform, and/or furnish the following 1. Upper Roof 1.1. Install DensDeck(R) Prime Roof Board and 60 mil black EPDM membrane, fully adhered, with a minimum 20-year warranty over the existing EPDM. 2. Lower Roof 2.1. Install DensDeck(R) Prime Roof Board and 60 mil black EPDM membrane fully adhered with a minimum 20-year warranty over the existing EPDM. 2.2. Reuse existing ballast over 60 mil black EPDM membrane. 2.3. Install new 30-inch x 30-inch EPDM walk pads. 3. Set up crane on South or West side of the Larimer County Administrative Services Building to deliver and remove roofing materials. 4. All debris and removed materials must be disposed of off-site, at an appropriate waste center; these costs must be included in the bid price. 5. The roof deck must be inspected for damage and any deterioration or structural issues must be repaired prior to installing the new system. 6. A low-VOC adhesive must be used to minimize fume issues during construction. 7. Reusing existing ridge caps, if not damaged, is recommended; however, vendor must replace any damaged ridge caps with comparable quality material. 8. The approved combination of EPDM 60 mil and DensDeck(R) Prime Roof Board will be used; no substitutions will be reviewed, approved, or allowed. 9. All flashings, sealants, and fasteners will be installed as per manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices. 10. The system will be installed with enhanced waterproofing details around all penetrations and edges to prevent leaks. 11. The Contractor is responsible for obtaining all required permits before commencing work to ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations. 12. Any changes to the scope must be documented in a written change order and approved by Larimer County before proceeding.
