The scope of work includes removal and disposal of lead-based paint and asbestos containing materials in accordance with enclosed specifications, and all local, state and federal regulations. This informal bid is for contract amounts under the amount required for formal advertised bidding (currently $172,000). An award for more than that amount cannot be made on the basis of this bid. If your bid amount exceeds the amount required for formal bidding please notify the Procurement Specialist via email, rather than disclosing your actual bid amount.
