Renovation of a medical facility in New Haven, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 5,000-square-foot, one-story above grade medical facility.

Secondino & Son, Inc. but cannot disclosed amount.** INVITATION TO BID Contractors are invited to bid on the renovation of clinical spaces at Fair Haven Community Health Care located at 374 Grand Avenue, New Haven, CT 06513 The project involves the renovation of existing first floor clinic and lobby to optimize exam rooms and incorporate behavioral health consult rooms. This includes demolition, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and finishes as detailed in Construction Documents. Services provided at the site include primary care and behavioral health care, lab and pharmacy. The project will be planned to allow continued delivery of health services outside of the renovation area. An Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer.
