Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Garland, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation. This RFQ is set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). All respondents must have an active registration in the System for Award Management at www.sam.gov. Interested SDVOSB must be listed as certified on the Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) located at Veteran Small Business Certification (sba.gov) in order to receive contract awards under the Veterans First Contracting Program. Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 17, is soliciting offers for: Offeror shall submit offers directly via email to Abduel Sanford, Contract Specialist, at abduel.sanford@va.gov. Subject line of e-mail shall be Quote 36C257Q0474 Replace Parts and Install Air Handling Unit CP-2 by Due Date/Time specified in Block 8 of the Standard Form (SF) 1449 of the solicitation. Question Deadline 04/10/2025 at 1:00 PM CT Questions shall be accepted by the Government in writing via email and send to Abduel Sanford at abduel.sanford@va.gov. Period for acceptance of offers: The offeror agrees to hold the prices in its offer firm for 90 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers.
