Description

Renovation of a water / sewer project in Garden Bay, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The Lee Bay Wastewater Treatment System is located in Garden Bay, BC and provides liquid wastewater treatment to 121 users within the service area. The treatment system infrastructure on site currently utilizes a backup stationary generator to provide power to the facility during unanticipated power outages where BC Hydro supplied power is disrupted (i.e. storms, fallen trees, upgrades, etc.). The generator is over 25 years old and is at the end of its useful life and requires replacement, along with a compatible automatic transfer switch (ATS) and related components. The scope of work for this project is for the material supply only (no installation) of the packaged generator system and automatic transfer switch and all items included in the attached Appendix 1 document which outlines the detailed scope of work and material supply.
