Scope .1 Provide all labour, materials, plant, equipment, superintendence, temporary facilities, permits and administration necessary to perform the work outlined below and described in greater detail in the specifications and drawings attached hereto and forming part of the documents for this project. .2 Contractor is responsible to verify all measurements on site. All measurements and quantities in scope/drawings as estimated and for bidding purposes only. .3 Contractor to ensure all work be completed in accordance with the current edition of the National Building Code of Canada, Plumbing Code, and Electrical Code of Canada. .4 Contractor and/or persons performing work to make good all surfaces affected by construction as noted on drawings or as otherwise required to give finished appearance consistent with adjacent surfaces, including, but not limited to flooring, wall finishes, and trims. All finishes must be of a modest standard.
