Site work and renovation of a civil project in Needville, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of September 25, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. Provide a non-potable booster pump station complete with all components and functions as indicated on the contract drawings and as herein specified. It shall include two (2) 50 GPM Self Priming Centrifugal Pumps, two (2) 6 cast-iron traps with baskets, one (1) 85 gallon bladder tank, one (1) Flomec TM Series Water Meter, one Dwyer Series EDA Pressure Switch, one (1) duplex control panel and all piping and electrical components to have a fully functional system. The pump station shall be rated for outdoor installation and include insulation of all above ground piping. The pump station shall meet the performance requirements outlined in Part 2 - Technical Specifications. Project scope shall include the construction of proposed 0.300 MGD Steel Package wastewater treatment plant; on-site lift station and all associated site and electrical work.
