Site work for a water / sewer project in Waldron, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Waldron will receive sealed bids on a General Contract for the removal and replacement of existing filter media is Filters 1, 2 and 3 at the Waldron WTP as well as additional crack repair and concrete coating on the interior of the filters. Each Bid must be submitted onthe prescribed form and accompanied by a certified check or bid bond executed on the prescribedform, payable to the City of Waldron, Arkansas in an amount not less than 5 percent of the amountbid. The bid proposal and work of the proposed contract shall be in accordance with all applicablefederal, state, county, and locallaws, ordinances and regulations. For information concerning the proposed Work, contact DannyHernandez at the Engineer's office. The attention of the Bidder isdirected to the applicable federaland state requirements and conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage ratesto be paid under this contract. The Owner reserves the right towaive irregularities, reject bids,choose the most qualified bidder for the Project, and to postponeaward of the Contract for a periodof time which shall not exceed beyond 90 days from the bid opening date.
