Scope of Work. The Work consists of ORG 380 - Wilmer Hutchins High School - Project consists of the following: 1. Provide new secure vestibule 2. Replace exterior waterproofing/sealant joints 3. Replace Fire Alarm System 4. Provide exterior lighting controls 5. Provide exterior lights with LED lighting 6. Provide new practice rooms, secure instruments & uniform storage per district standards. A Proposal bond on Dallas ISD Proposal Guarantee Bond Form, from a Surety authorized to transact business in the State of Texas, in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the greatest total amount of the proposed contract amount (Base Price plus all Allowances), payable without recourse to the order of the Dallas ISD Board of Trustees, must accompany the Proposal as a guarantee that, if awarded the Contract, the proposer will promptly enter into and execute the Contract and Performance and Payment Bonds on the forms provided. The Dallas Independent School District's Construction Services projects have a 30% Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprise (M/WBE) construction goal.
