Cobb County-Marietta Water Authority seeks Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified firms for large diameter water pipeline condition assessment and leak detection work. Proposals received after the designated time for the receival of proposals will not be considered. Unsealed proposals, including facsimile proposals or proposals sent by e-mail, will not be considered. The Owner of the project is Cobb County-Marietta Water Authority. Proposers shall inform themselves concerning Georgia Laws and comply with same. The Owner will in no way be liable for any costs incurred by any Proposer in the preparation of its response to this Advertisement for Qualifications. All proposals will remain subject to acceptance for a period of 120 calendar days from the proposal opening date, but Owner may, in its sole discretion, release any proposal and return the bid prior to that date. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities and re-advertise.
