Site work for a municipal facility in Richfield, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
Questions are due in writing to Justin Telfer, Project Engineer, at Justin.t@jonesanddemille.com on or before Wednesday, April 16th, 2025 by 3:00 PM. The Project includes the following Work: Construction of a 40x40 concrete pad. Bids will be received for single contract. Owner anticipates that the Projects total bid price will be approximately $35,000. The Project has an expected duration of 30 days. A pre-bid conference will not be held. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect
