sealed bids for the following contracts for Fiscal Year 2025 - 2026 - July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026, according to specifications prepared by the City. Asphalt Street Crack Seal Project -Asphalt Street Crack Seal Project o Crack Sealant/Asphalt Chip Seal Oil Materials Supply & Delivery o Installed Asphalt Project o Street Materials Supply o Pavement Marking o Small Concrete Projects o Towing Service o Tree Trimming o Weed Abatement Cedar City Corporation reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids submitted. Contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation apparatus, fuel, light and tools necessary for the entire completion of the Project as outlined herein and shall complete in the best and most workmanlike manner the complete job and everything properly incidental thereto, as stated in the Specifications, or reasonably implied therefrom all in accordance with the Contract Documents. The Work consists of all items as outlined in the Bid Schedule and described in the Specifications. City reserves the right to purchase the crack seal material separately if it is determined to be advantageous to City. LOCATION The project is located in Cedar City, Iron County, Utah, on miscellaneous streets and parking lots throughout the City
