Site work for a mixed-use development in Scranton, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; playground / park / athletic field; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The project includes the following Work: Erosion Control and Installation of Tree Protection Fencing Trail Layout and Grading Trail Construction Installation of RCP Pipe Culvert "Build America Buy America" provisions apply to this project. A certified check or bidder's bond in an amount of not less than five (5) percent of the amount bid. The check(s) or bond(s) shall be made payable to City of Scranton, 203 Park Avenue, Scranton, AR 72863, as security that the bidder(s) to whom the award(s) are made will enter into contract to build the improvements bid upon and furnish the required bonds and insurance.
