Renovation of a water / sewer project in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Bowling Green Municipal Utilities is seeking proposals from qualified Engineering Consultants to provide professional design services for the rehabilitation of BGMUs Water Treatment Plant (WTP) Filter Building No. 1 Pipe Gallery facility area. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to retain the services of a consultant to support BGMU in the development of a comprehensive technical memorandum, detailed design, procurement, construction administration, and post-construction services. The selected consultant will collaborate closely with BGMUs staff and a future Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR), who will be contracted separately by BGMU, to develop a complete design package. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
