FAC118 Janitorial Supplies Bid. Samples of requested items must be submitted and received for testing purposes seven (7) days prior. All samples are to be addressed to the Acting Director of Facilities Mark Chiocca, Bridgewater-Raynham Regional School District, 415 Center Street, Bridgewater, MA 02324. Quotes are invited on competitive terms of like design and quality. The quote must state clearly and specifically what it intends to furnish. BRRSD will determine the equivalence as to design and quality of competitive items. Awards will be made on four bases: (1) price, (2) quality, (3) service, and (4) time of delivery. Where, in the opinion of BRRSD, all factors are judged equal, the award will be made to the most responsible, responsive quote offering the lowest price. All awards will be made on an item basis, not a lump bid basis. BRRSD reserves the right to waive any formalities in the quotes; to accept or to reject any or all quotes in whole or in part; and to award the contract or contracts as it deems to be in the best interests of the Bridgewater-Raynham Regional School District. Quantities: The attached list of general supplies with the quantities listed is not to be considered binding but merely an estimate of the quantity of each item to be ordered. Deliveries: All supplies must be delivered to the specified schools no later than July 31, 2025. Transportation Charges: It is agreed that the awarded vendor pays all transportation/delivery charges for all orders regardless of the amount throughout the school year.
