Site work and new construction of a civil project in Livonia, New York. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project consists of the installation of a new water storage tank, water main, storm piping, valve vault, and all appurtenances and related work required to construct this project as designed including site work. An Alternate Bid will be taken for a new chlorine building, chemical feed system and associated site and electrical work. Only written Requests For Information (RFI) will be accepted. RFI's will be accepted until 5:00 pm (Local Time) on May 2, 2025, at the office of the Engineer to the attention of Ke'Shara Webb Fields via email: KWebbFields@CPLteam.com. Bid security is required. Funding on this project requires that the successful bidder comply with all requirements of the New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation Program Requirements included as Exhibits to the Supplementary Conditions. Goals for this Contract are 20% for MWBE. LCWSA MWBE goal is 30%. Contractors are encouraged to make good faith efforts to promote and assist in the participation of certified Service-Disable Veteran-Owned Businesses. New York State certified Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE) firms are encouraged to respond. The LCWSA reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities therein.
