Renovation of an educational facility in Jenks, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**As of June 23,2025, as per source, work has begun and is anticipated to be complete next week'** Project Site Location: Jenks West Elementary Building B, 900 N. Adams, Jenks, OK 74037 Contractor qualification statement must be submitted with Bid. Attention is called to the fact that a designated completion date for the project shall be established based upon Calendar Days to Complete provided by the Bidder. There shall be a $500 Liquidated Damages Clause for each day the contract is not completed. Failure to comply with the above bid requirements will result in return of unopened Bid Proposal. Electronic copies of the drawings and specifications may be obtained from the architect, GSHELMS & ASSOCIATES or jenksps.org under the Construction menu tab. All printing costs are the responsibility of the bidder. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities or minor irregularities in any bid. The Project consists: 1. Re-Roof: a. Tear off of existing asphalt shingle roof system to deck and installation of new underlayment and asphalt shingles. b. Tear off of existing built-up roof system to deck and installation of new TPO single-ply membrane roofing system.
