Reference Number 0000290926 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/04/14 02:00:00 PM EDT Waypoint Centre for Mental Health Care is seeking proposals from manufacturers or dealers to Supply, Delivery, Labor, and Installation of one (1) Pre-Engineered Fabric Structure Dome for Salt Storage. Submit a Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the Bid Price, issued by a duly incorporated surety company licensed to transact business of Surety in the Province of the Work. Agreement to Bond: Submit with the sealed Bid, a duly executed Agreement to Bond issued by a surety company, stating they will furnish the bidder a 25% Performance Bond, and a 25% Labour and Materials Payment Bond should the bidder be awarded the Work of the Project. Agreement to Bond shall be valid for the period of irrevocability specified herein.
