The City of Mansfield (City) is soliciting sealed bids to award an annual service agreement for tree and shrub maintenance and removal. This will include routine and emergency tree and shrub trimming and removal. The successful Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and public safety equipment necessary to perform this work. The intent of this bid is to establish an agreement with a qualified Contractor to provide this service for the City, whenever needed during a twelve (12) month period. At the City's option, the agreement may be renewed for four (4) additional twelve (12) month periods, then from month-to-month until a new agreement is established or the agreement is terminated.
