Masonry Wall Repair - Brick Veneer: The project includes repairs to the exterior masonry façade at the corners of 3 academic buildings on the campus of The Ohio State University (Smith Laboratory, Bolz Hall, and the Animal Sciences Building). The masonry repairs include the replacement of the through-wall flashing, replacement of steel shelf angles/lintels at isolated distress, brick masonry replacement at isolated distress, installation of through-wall anchors, sawcutting of existing and new brick masonry expansion joints, stone patching at isolated distress, joint sealant abatement and installation, masonry cleaning and the application of a clear water repellent.
