The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to establish a contract with one or more qualified Contractors to provide all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, services, incidentals, and related items to provide total maintenance service including monthly and annual preventative maintenance services and on-call repair services for elevators, on the location at our main site Virginia Retirement System (VRS) Building located at 1200 East Main Street, Richmond, VA 23219 ("HQ location"). The Virginia Retirement System reserves the right to award to multiple bidders. Questions will be accepted by e-mail to Milton Bailey III through April 14, 2025, at 3:00 PM local time.
