Furnish all equipment, materials, labor, and transportation necessary to complete restroom cleaning and picnic shelter cleaning services at Elm Brook Park. Annual spring clean-up requirements shall also be required at Elm Brook Park. All work shall be completed in accordance with the following Performance Work Statement. Samela Phone: 978-318-8324 Email: Jennifer.M.Samela@usace.army.mil The period of performance shall be from Contract Award through 2 September 2025 Work shall be performed Thursday through Monday at Elm Brook Park and shall be completed either in the mornings before the park opens at 9:00 AM or in the evenings after the park closes at 7:00 PM. The Pre-Work Conference shall be completed within 14 days of Contract Award.
