Williamson County Government is seeking qualifications for architectural design services for two projects for the Williamson County Parks and Recreation Department. Castle Park Design and build a park, on undeveloped land, for an equestrian riding arena with seating and lighting, practice arena, septic system, concession/restrooms, parking lot for trucks with trailers, parking for spectators and all ADA Compliant. Osburn Park Using existing plans for park, incorporate a playground, ADA compliant parking areas and construct 4 Pickle Ball Courts and 3 Tennis Courts with lighting Williamson County is seeking to enter into an architectural services contract with a state registered architect. The architectural contract will encompass all project related architectural services, including but not limited to the following: o Preliminary and final design plans and specifications. o Preparation of the bid packet and bid tabulations. o Answer Contractor questions and prepare addendums during the bidding period. o Coordinate services with any future projects on property, so that no work will be duplicated or removed and re-done. o Conduct a pre-bid meeting and attend the bid opening. o Coordinate service with necessary utilities. o Conduct all field testing and inspections (interim and final). o Conduct a preconstruction meeting with the Contractor and make semi-weekly observations of construction in progress. o Review Contractor's submittals and pay applications. o Conduct punch list inspection and approve final completions of the Project. o Conduct follow up as required on any warrantied work through the first year of occupancy. o Conduct a final punch list review prior to one year occupancy.
