Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in West Windsor, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Quantities include but are not limited to approximately 16 UNIT Tree Removal, 9 UNIT Manhole Frame and Cover, 9 UNIT Manhole Repair, 42 UNIT Inlet Repair, 44 UNIT Inlet Curb Piece, 100 LF 8" HDPE Underdrain, 50 LF Belgian Block Curb, 825 LF 8"x9"x18" Concrete Vertical Curb, 900 LF 6"x8"x18" Concrete Vertical Curb, 1,116 SY Concrete Sidewalk, 39 SY Detectable Warning Surface, 33,400 SY Pavement Milling, 5,250 SY HMA Pavement Repair, 3,500 GAL Tack Coat, 4,100 TON HMA Surface Course, 470 TON HMA Leveling Course, signage, striping, and other incidental construction including restoration. A bid deposit in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond made payable to the Township of West Windsor in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid, but not to exceed $20,000.00, must accompany each proposal as a security, which may be forfeited and retained by the Township in lieu of its other legal remedies, if a successful bidder's proposal is accepted by the Township and he shall fail to execute and return to the Township the required contract and/or bonds within ten (10) days after delivery of the prepared contract and/or bond form to him by the Township.
