The City of Alexander City, Alabama, is requesting proposals for the installation, repair and maintenance of various SCADA systems, electric motors, pumps, and other rotating equipment located in the utility departments. Question Deadline 04/28/2025 at 5:00 PM CT All communications must be in writing, sent by email to Lynn Miller, Superintendent lynn.miller@alexandercityal.gov and Sasha Stewart, Purchasing Agent at sasha.stewart@alexandercityal.gov Anticipated Award Date: May19th, 2025 The selected company must have professionals on staff to provide all the below maintenance and repair services. 1. Electric Motor Rewind and Replacement (company must be EASA accredited) 2. Water and Wastewater Pump Repairs 3. SCADA installations and repairs services (company must be authorized service center for HiTide Scada) 4. Gearbox repairs all manufacturers 5. Electrical Panel Repairs/Replacements 6. Vibration Analysis of Rotating Equipment 7. Motor Circuit Evaluation using PDMA for Online & Offline 8. Precision Alignment using EZ Lazer Alignment Software 9. Process Pipe Fabrication/Pipe Welding Capabilities
