Bradbury Stamm Construction has been retained as the Construction Manager at Risk for this Project and Competitive Proposals are being solicited from Subcontractors for the construction of the Early Work Package for the Mandela International Magnet School. EARLY WORK PACKAGE: for Mandela International Magnet School renovation. This package consists of items related to early groundwork on the site including civil, landscape, structural drawings. It also includes architectural and MEP reference drawings. The site will be reconfigured to include a new parking lot as well as a new parent drop-off lane and bus drop-off lane. Connections to Agua Fria St will be altered to allow for 2-way traffic at both access points. Along with the development on circulation this project will also include new play courts and seeks to highlight the arroyo flowing through the center of the site by framing it with an open air amphitheater and an outdoor dining area. The contractor shall review the contract documents for a full understanding of the scope of this project. Disregard the "for reference" note on the cover sheet with regard to the ASD sheet and the AS sheets. Electrical and plumbing drawings are currently for review only.
