Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Locust, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a clubhouse / community center; for site work for a clubhouse / community center; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project is new construction of a senior center next to the existing Locust Library, along with supporting parking and site improvements. The City of Locust reserves the right in its discretion to cancel this RFB in whole or in part. The City of Locust reserves the right to accept or reject all proposals submitted in response to the RFB or refuse to enter any contract resulting from any proposal submitted, without expense to The City of Locust. Questions should be directed to: Kristin Suess, CPL Architecture, Engineering & Planning (ksuess@CPLteam.com) and will be received up until 3:00PM EST on April 21, 2025. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities. Bid Bond to be 5%. Retainage will be 5%.
