**As of June 26,2025, the project was awarded to Pamar Enterprises, Inc., with an awarded amount of $2,755,952.50 .** Reference Number 0000382967 Chesterfield Township is seeking bids for a water main replacement. This project consists of replacement of approximately 4,900 feet of 12-inch water main along Jefferson Avenue and 1,200 feet of 8-inch water main along William P. Rosso Highway to be installed via open cut, pipe bursting, and directional drill. The project also includes removal and replacement of curb and gutter and drive openings, new valves, hydrants, and service leads. Question Acceptance Deadline 04/30/2025 03:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online No Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond for a sum no less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid will be required with each Bid. Bids shall be enclosed in sealed envelopes plainly marked with the project name and the name of the bidder. A pre-bid conference will not be held for this project. *No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of the Bids. The Owner reserves the right to accept any Bid, reject any Bid, or waive irregularities in Bids.
