Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in San Francisco, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.

As of October 23, 2025, the project is under construction. A general contractor has been selected. Construction is expected to finish on February 2, 2025. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Description of Phase 1 - Submittals and Mobilization The work includes, but is not limited to: o Mobilization and Preliminary Layout: The contractor shall mobilize construction facilities including temporary fencing, construction trailers, temporary utilities, and sanitary facilities. For the purposes of developing shop drawings or layout, the contractor may take measurements at the site during nonschool hours. o NO contractor parking allowed onsite at any time during school year. o Submittals: Contractor shall provide all submittals within the timeframes listed in Section 01 33 00 - Submittal Procedures. Contractor shall pay special attention to long-lead items and deferred submittal items. o Procurement: Contractor shall proceed to procure materials and equipment that are long lead items upon Architect's approval of applicable submittal. Description of Phase 2 - Site Improvements The work includes, but is not limited to: o Demolition of AC paving & base, where indicated. Installation of underground utility lines, base, AC paving. Description of Phase 3 - Site Improvements The work includes, but is not limited to: o Demolition at track and field; AC paving & base, where indicated. Installation of underground infrastructure, rough and fine grading, permeable turf sports field, track, concrete curb around filed, Hazardous material abatement where occurs per Hazardous Materials Specifications report in Appendix A, including eight (8) eight-hours shifts for all exterior hazardous material removal. Description of Phase 4 - Site Improvements and Equipment The work includes, but is not limited to: o Demolition: AC paving & base, concrete, where indicated, concrete foundations, fencing, gates, and footings; basketball standards, hoops and supports where indicated (PIP three standards; bollards and footings; landscaping. Hazardous material abatement where occurs per Hazardous Materials Specifications report in Appendix A, including eight (8) eight-hours shifts for all exterior hazardous material removal. o Installation: underground infrastructure, rough and fine grading, AC Paving, track striping, concrete and pavers, basketball standards, and striping, playground structures, outdoor learning areas.
